Inside clinic service staffs are excellent except couple of them work for counter reception, always busy during the weekdays, long line-up without spacing to move around. Some of the "Patient" are talking🗣️ or on mobile phone 📱 so noisy⁉️🤔😱😤 , the other hand is the parking 🅿️ machine is hard to use it and understanding - low technology. $ Even you're only parking 🅿️ your car 🚗 for 1/2 or 1 hr still need to pay for 4 dollars 🪙 whole day service fees. Suggest to wear the medical mask 😷 for some people are coughing and 🤢🤮🤧sick inside the waiting room😨 .

From the booking process online to my appointment, the entire process was seamless. The receptionist staff were kind, and my ultrasound tech Erin was awesome! She made sure she explained everything along the way & ensured I was comfortable. Would definitely come here again.

Horrible experience. I went for my dating ultrasound with my husband and my son and the tech did not let my husband come in for the experience. The tech was quiet during the exam and didnt even speak to me or explain what she was doing. She was focused on telling me to tell my 3yr old to be quiet but my husband was there to take care of my son in the exam room. The place does not have a printer to print pictures so my husband missed the experience and did not even get pictures of our baby. During the whole exam I could not even see the screen as she was measuring. Needless to say I had a very horrible experience and I told the tech I will never come back there again!

1) I had to make 3 trips just to get an x-ray. Very disorganized. 2) The Ottawa News revealed that many such businesses have online sites so you can get your results, But when you try to get them they want personal info. and then ask for payment. They sell our personal info to 3rd parties. According to the Ottawa News this is common for these businesses, including Rocket Doctor. Scam!!!

Staff that I dealt with was very Understanding and good customer service. On line booking are useless. When you show up for your appointment on time, you still have to wait for 45-60 minutes.😩 That’s the only reason I gave them 4*. …

They boast short wait times but in reality my daughter and I arrived at Clyde and were told it would be 70-90 minute wait. We registered and went home. 30 minutes after registering, they text to say we needed to be back at the clinic within 30 minutes. We race back in heavy traffic only to sit for another 60 minutes in their waiting room. On top of that staff were unpleasant and unhelpful in how they chose to deal with my daughter. Finally, they took more X-rays than my daughter’s doctor had asked for. Absolutely insane. Avoid if you can.

Booked an appointment online clearly indicating the time I have available, gave all of the information needed, yet they managed to call my husband and not me, god knows how, and schedule me on the day and time that I can't come, although I included all of the time slots in an online booking, and of course my husband had no clue and simply agreed. And when we were trying to reschedule or cancel only minutes after, not a single soul was available and we had to wait for half an hour till we had to go back to work. Terrible experience

Excellent staff!! Very kind, humble and supportive. They also explained every detail of the test very nicely. I don't have words to Express how lucky I am to received such a caring welcome. I want to thanks all the staff for their amazing services.
